Commercial Dance

Performance Crews
For dancers who love the thrill of the spotlight and can’t wait to take to the stage, our Performance Crews offer an exciting and unforgettable performance journey. Designed for passionate, dedicated dancers, these crews provide the opportunity to train, create, and perform as part of a dynamic team while experiencing the excitement of live performance throughout the year.
Members explore an inspiring variety of dance styles, including Street, Contemporary, Jazz, Jive, Disco, Charleston, plus many more. Each year brings fresh choreography, new challenges, and the chance to develop skills across multiple genres, helping dancers become versatile, confident, and well-rounded performers.
Performance Crew dancers take part in 2–3 exciting performances each year, appearing at theatre venues, community events, festivals, and our spectacular annual dance show. From the buzz of rehearsals to the energy of stepping onto the stage, every performance is an opportunity to shine, connect with audiences, and create unforgettable memories.
Being part of a Performance Crew is about more than just learning routines—it’s about building commitment, teamwork, resilience, and professionalism. Fortitude Ignite - Lyrical & Contemporary Competition Team
Fortitude Ignite is our elite, invite-only competition team for dedicated Lyrical and Contemporary dancers who consistently demonstrate exceptional commitment, technical ability, performance quality, and artistic potential. This elite team is designed for dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level and embrace the challenges and rewards of competitive dance.
Being a member of Fortitude Ignite requires a significant level of commitment, dedication, and passion. Team members are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions, rehearsals, competitions, and team events, as consistency and teamwork are essential to achieving excellence. Dancers are encouraged to take responsibility for their development, maintain a strong work ethic, and approach every rehearsal with focus, determination, and a willingness to grow.
A key element of Fortitude Ignite is its emphasis on high-quality technical training. Dancers participate in intensive technique classes that develop strength, flexibility, control, balance, turns, leaps, extensions, and movement quality. This technical foundation is not taught in isolation; every skill learned in training is carefully implemented into choreography and routines, allowing dancers to apply their technique in meaningful, expressive performances.
